Doctorate Description: This study explored the effects of CRM training on medical errors in a simulated prehospital setting. This line of inquiry was an extension of previous graduate work in health sciences at the masters level and represents the integration of broad disciplinary knowledge, combined with lived experiences as a field paramedic, and the eventual culmination of doctoral studies in the field of education, with a specific concentration in health care education and a minor in adult education.
